Twin Falls Temple

We went to the Twin Falls Temple open house on Sat. -- If you get the chance to go, you should, because it is one of the most beautiful Temples I've been in! I think it's definately my new favorite! WOW The kids loved it too! It was AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Do you remember making forts as a kid? I do! It was fun, and Jake thinks so too! This is his favorite thing lately.......making forts everywhere and sleeping in them! He entertains himself for hours doing this! (It's not so fun for him to fold all the blankets and put all the books away that he uses for weights however!) ;)

Grandma cutting Brody's hair! OH BOY ;)

So.......as an explanation to all this, I decided that it was time to give Brody a hair cut! So, I buzzed his hair and boy is Morghan MAD! ----- Just kidding.....She asked me to, so I totally plead innocence in all this, except it was actually me doing it! I'm thinking nurses should never cut hair, because we only know how to do shave preps......ha ha. It was not the desired outcome, but the only thing we could do to get this cutie a hair cut because he totally HATES it! Hopefully he'll still love me some day soon! We had a good laugh at his expense and will all be glad when it grows back some!

I have the absolute best dad! He has such a fun sense of humor that keeps us all laughing (you all know what I'm talking about)! He knows no strangers! He is easy to love and loves us all so much and would do anything for anyone! He has alway's been there to help me out and give me good advice! Thank's dad! You are so awesome!

Thanks also to my sweet husband who is so willing to be a dad to my kids! Yes, they have a dad, but, Scot takes on the major part of the roll of father, and he is so good to them! I appreciate the roll he play's in there lives and am so thankful for him! He is alway's there for them! Love ya, Hon!

Im a little late getting this posted! It is alway's amazing how fast time fly's! Kids grow up so fast, but for some reason the fact that Brynn is already 11 blows me away!

They give out awards at the end of the year and Shay got a Math award! (they only give to the top 3 in 7th grade) and an attitude award! The attitude award is given to the student with the best attitude and nominated by the teachers! Way to go Shay!!!! She's awesome and I'm so proud of her!

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's day to all the mom's!! Don't you just love the notes and thing's the kids bring home from school and primary? They are so sweet and from the heart!

Jake was so cute they had made bath salts in school and he couldn't stand the waiting so a couple day's ago he told me all about it and how to make it, what it smelled like ect...... and then he got home with it Friday and immediately said here....do you like it???? Can I use it???? I laughed and was like sure no problem.......anyway, I havent' used it yet, because he does......but I still think it's so sweet! It's funny how things like that mean so much to them. A couple of years ago he made me a play dough necklace and it's just soooooooo pretty and "clolorful"and he get's so sad that I don't wear it all the time. I try so hard not to hurt his feeling's, but ya know it just doesnt' go with anything and It's a little bulky. I do love how they love to give so much and how sweet they are about it!
